  My boyfriend and I came in here one day so he could get his hair cut. When we got in no one greeted us but instead asked us with an annoyed tone "Can I help you?". We told her he needed to get his hair cut and wondered if they had any time today to fit him in. The lady turned and looked at her other co-worker and asked "Do you wanna do it?" and she replied "not really". from there the lady proceeded to (not happily) schedule an appointment. Needless to say we did not make an appointment. Terrible customer service. Whether they are good at cutting hair or not I do not plan on finding out. I saw more positive reviews about Trends and it looked more than promising. I was upset to find that I didn't get the same experience as others did.
